What a natal chart report is
An Oracul report is a birth chart built from your date, time, and city, plus an interpretation written from the calculated data. It is not a “Sun sign profile” from a newspaper horoscope. It is a conversation about your planets, houses, and aspects: where your Moon is, what Saturn is doing, and which planets are pulling against each other.

What’s inside the report
The core of the report is seven interpretation sections. The headlines below come from the sample for Anna; for your chart, the model writes its own.

Each section is one or two paragraphs plus a “Key takeaway” line: a conclusion or a piece of advice in a single sentence. Every section rests on several positions from the calculation, such as a planet in a sign, a house, or an aspect. You can check them yourself: open that planet in the table and read what is said about it separately.
The calculated part: what the chart screens show
The interpretation sits on top of the calculation. In the app, the calculated part is four screens.
- Overview. The chart wheel with houses and aspects, and the Big Three: Sun, Moon, and Rising sign. For Anna these are Leo, Leo, and Virgo, so the image she projects (“collected, attentive”) and her core (“to shine, to create”) speak in different tones.
- Balance. The percentage of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water, and of the three modalities (cardinal, fixed, mutable). The Sun, Moon, and Ascendant count double. This is also where the dominants appear (the two strongest planets besides the Sun and Moon, and the busiest house) along with chart patterns: T-square, grand trine, stellium.
- Planets. A table of planet, sign, degree, house, and a retrograde mark. It holds the ten planets, the mean North Node, and Chiron. Tap a row to open a short interpretation of that planet and its contacts.
- Aspects. A grid and a list of the most exact aspects, harmonious and challenging shown separately, with the orb of each.

In this example, Fire and Earth together make up more than 70% of the chart, and there is almost no Air. The report does not call this “good” or “bad.” It turns the imbalance into a practical hint: it explains what the strongest and weakest elements mean together, and offers one workable idea.
A sample from the report
Your Sun and Moon sit in Leo, almost side by side, so what you want and what you feel point the same way. You want to be seen, and you know how to light people up. Virgo Rising softens the first impression: you look around first and notice the details, and only then do you speak up.

Notice how the excerpt is built. Every sentence is tied to a position: the Sun–Moon conjunction (orb 2.2°) and the Virgo Ascendant. There are no generic lines like “you are a creative, kind person.” In Anna’s calculation there is also a T-square: Venus opposes Jupiter, and Saturn squares both planets. The report has a dedicated note for a pattern like this, and you can see it on the balance screen.

Honest limits
- Your birth time matters a lot. The Ascendant shifts by a sign roughly every two hours, and without a birth time the houses and Ascendant drop out. More in “Natal chart without a birth time.”
- An interpretation is not a diagnosis or a verdict. It is a language for reflecting on yourself, and the decisions are yours. The report is no substitute for advice from a doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor.
- The wording is written by a model, not by a human astrologer. It sees only the calculated data and cannot invent an aspect, but different astrologers would still read the same chart differently.

Questions about the report
How many sections are in a natal chart report?
Seven interpretation sections: personality, emotions, love, career, money, talents, and lessons. They come with the calculated part of the chart: the wheel, the balance of elements and modalities, dominants, a planet table, and an aspect grid.
Can I get a natal chart reading without my birth time?
Yes. The chart is set for 12:00 with no Ascendant and no houses, so you get planets in signs and aspects, and the Moon is given by sign only. The report says so plainly and does not mention the Ascendant or houses.
How is the report different from the free Big Three on the site?
The free calculator shows your Sun, Moon, and Rising sign. The report covers the whole chart: ten planets, the node and Chiron, houses, aspects, elements and modalities, dominants, and seven interpretation sections.
Which house system is used?
Houses are calculated with the Placidus system. Your birth time is converted to UTC using the time zone and daylight saving rules for your birth city.
Can I make a chart for a partner, a parent, or a friend?
Yes. When you create a chart, you mark whose it is: yours, a partner’s, a family member’s, or a friend’s. For someone else’s chart the reading is written about them in the third person, while transits and personal forecasts are built only from your own chart.
What do I get to keep?
The chart is saved under “My charts,” and a PDF arrives in your chat with the bot and stays with you for good. You can also ask the Oracle about your chart right in the app.
